RETURNS
All sales on ondastore.ca will include a one time 7-day exchange policy. No returns or refunds will be accepted at this time.
Exchanges will only be valid for a different size of the same item you have purchased. Exchanges will not be allowed for different products or different colours of the item you have purchased.
Buyers will have 7 days from the day they receive their purchase to contact ONDΛ at [email protected] to arrange for an exchange. Any item being exchanged must be in its original condition, unworn with no damage and the original tags still attached.
For buyers who received their items through the local pickup option, you may arrange for another local pickup to exchange your item for your new size.
For buyers who received their items in the mail, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping to ONDΛ and the shipping cost to send your new size back to you. Please email [email protected] to arrange the shipments and obtain the return address. Once your return item has been received, your new size will be mailed out to you.
For each purchase, only one size exchange will be allowed. You may not make two or three exchanges to try to find the right size so please use the sizing chart to find the right size for you.
If it has been more than 7 days since the date you received your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
Due to the nature of products such as bikinis, please try them on in an appropriate and hygienic manner in the case you need to exchange an item so that we are still able to sell it to someone else.
INCORRECT SIZE
Sizing charts have been created and added to each product page for customers to ensure they are purchasing most accurate size for themselves.
Please make sure to look over the sizing chart before completing your purchase. Exchanges will only be allowed one time per purchase for another size only.
Most ONDΛ bikinis and clothing are very adjustable in terms of tightening or loosening so do not worry about finding the exact measurements you need, rather the closest to your size.

MΛNUFΛCTURING FLΛWS
Every single one of our items is inspected thoroughly at each step of the production process. Any item which is deemed to have a flaw or does not match the level of quality expected at ONDΛ will be rejected and will not be included in the inventory available for purchase.
In the rare case that you receive an item which you believe to be flawed, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and details of the flaw you have found. We will be more than happy to correct the situation for you to ensure the best buying experience possible.
Please note that only items which have not been worn or tried on and still have all original tags attached will be considered for a possible return or exchange in the event that a manufacturing flaw exists.
Damage to the products which occurs after the delivery of the item will not be accepted as grounds for return or exchange.
